Project Control Procedures

You set up project control procedures to guide your project manager and team to ensure successful completion of any projects. This procedure includes how to establish project plan baseline, monitoring, measuring, and reporting project progress & performance, analyze project variance, taking corrective action , and perform follow through action.

Your control exercise must be done in formal way by repetitive and consistent progress review meeting until the project is closed out.
