In collaboration with PEAC BROMO, a BDS provider and consulting firm in Surabaya, we cordially invite you to learn how to better plan and manage any CSR orientated program/activities.
The workshop will be held on 28 - 29 August, 2008.
During the workshop, participants will be exercising in a group to do PCM participatory planning including creation of objective analysis and making project design matrix/Logical Framework.
Others tools and techniques practiced are WBS decomposition, risk analysis and plan, planning scheduling, and more.
